Hit the Road Dude AI provides a public website with product information, scene templates, account access, and a description of a planned photo-to-video workflow. The public launch page currently lets visitors browse information and scenes; its creation controls are disabled.

Photos and Permission

The launch homepage does not publish paid generation packages or accept creation purchases. If paid features are introduced, we will publish the applicable pricing, payment, delivery, cancellation, refund, and media-handling terms before those features are made available.

Intellectual Property

The Hit the Road Dude AI website, its original text, design, and original scene artwork are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the website or its original materials to you. You retain rights you already hold in content you submit, subject to the permissions needed to operate any future feature you choose to use.

Suspension and Termination
